Organization

Troop 200 is run by the Scouts for the Scouts. Older Scouts are now the leaders, adults are advisors and counselors. The Senior Patrol Leader (SPL) is the youth in charge of the Troop.

The troop is made up of four units called patrols—Flaming Arrow, Hawk, Wolf, and the Senior Patrol. Each patrol has its own Patrol Leader (PL).

The SPL will conduct a monthly meeting called the Patrol Leaders Council (PLC) where all Patrol leaders will gather to plan the activities of the Troop and prepare the troop calendar.
